What years are compatable / interchangeable with a 1995 Ram1500 4x4 for body, interior and mechanical parts?

I think they are 1994-2001.

    You've got the years right, but you have to remember that there were changes (especially to the interior and the trim, but also to the engine controls) almost every year.  If you are looking for a used part, it would be a good idea to take an old one with you to the yard to compare, both for appearance and fit as well as the part number on the piece.  Fortunately, Chrysler couldn't afford to make the yearly changes that Ford and GM did, so the chances of interchange are pretty good.
