Question
I would like to know whether rims from chrysler vehicles will fit on ford vehicles ? example---Will any a 5 bolt pattern dodge fit a Ford taurus? or a Dodge Ram p/u fit on a ford f-250? is there a simple rule of thumb way of knowing without precise measurements of each individual situations? please help, Thanks, Ray

Answer
Some Dodge Ram wheels will fit some F250s, but most won't.  It's not like the good old days when there were only four bolt patterns and all the backspacings were the same.  You could look at the website of a large wheel vendor and it would have the info that you need.  However, just because his wheel fits both cars doesn't mean the the OE wheels are interchangeable.  Overall, it's a bad idea.
