Question
I have just bought a replacement rediator.
Where the temperature sensor is supposed to go, there is what appears to be a plug with  "do not remove"  printed on it. Can I remove it or not. If not where do I put the sensor ?

Answer
What they mean by "do not remove" is do not remove if you aren't planning on using this hole for it's intended purpose.  If you took out the plug and installed the radiator, coolant would pour out of the hole.  Believe it or not, there are lots of folks out there who would do just that, then blame the radiator people.  Of course, it wouldn't hurt to double-check that you have the right radiator but, if it fits in the car, and the hoses fit it, and the sensor threads nicely into the hole, then it is most likely the right one and you are good to go.
