im looking for bumper with build in hitch to fit a 1989 gmc safari van !

    If you go to your local salvage yard, you will find that they will also, in addition to used parts, sell new bumpers.  It's a sensible sideline for someone who sells a lot of body parts, and that's mainly what salvage yards sell, mechanical parts are mostly gravy for them.  There are only a couple of companies making bumpers, but they make them for every imaginable truck and getting one to fit your van should be easy.  And, they are usually fairly cheap, although van bumpers tend to cost more than the ones for pickups because they have to include new brackets with them.
