Question
My Acura 1.7 year model 2001 - makes tuck noise and nose like fanning (like wind blowing Blurr like) noise while driving I have recently changed the bushing and replaced all four tires - can you you tell me why the makes this kind of noise

Answer
If the apparent frequency of the noise varies directly with the speed of the car (not the engine), I would suspect a fault in one of the CV axles, a wheel bearing, or maybe a dragging brake pad or shoe (the parking brake cable may not be releasing completely.  If it varies with the speed of the engine (RPM), then I would suspect a bad belt or, possibly, some sort of obstruction in the exhaust pipe.  A broken baffle in the muffler or damaged substrate in the catalytic converter can make a noise very much like you described, but it will vary with the speed of the engine, not the speed of the car.
