How do replace the drivers side fog lamp bulb on a 2001 Caddilac DTS

Answer
    You have to reach around the bumper to the back of the foglight.  There should be cover clipped over the back of the lamp assembly which will have to come off.  Many of these covers have already fallen off, though.  The bulb needs a ninety degree twist counter clockwise and it will come out by pulling straight back.  You need to lift the little tab on the plug to pull the bulb free of the wiring.  Be gentle with this step as that clip is the only thing holding the plug to the bulb, so you don't want to break the clip off.  Snap the new bulb onto the plug, reinsert in the lamp, and twist clockwise to secure.  Make sure you have twisted it all the way back in so that it won't fall out.  Also be careful not to touch the glass portion of the bulb as this can cause premature bulb failure (it's complicated, but it's true).  You're done!
