Auto Parts/O2 sensor problem after clutch repair?

Question
Mike -

I just had the clutch replaced on my 03 Hyundai Elantra GLS.  After picking the car up I noticed the check engine light was on.  The code indicates a O2 sensor heater control issue at bank 1 sensor 2.  Would the O2 sensor have been affected during the clutch repair job, or is this likely a separate issue?

Answer
They probably had to disconnect it to get the transmission out and do the clutch job.  You should take it back to them and get them to check it out.  Always give the guy a chance to fix something he screwed up before going somewhere else.  If the wire was not reconnected, or was other wise damaged, it would make that light come on..
