    I do not have a copy of the Cam Dynamics catalog.  Since Crane has gone through a reorganization, the info you need is not available online.  I would try an older speed shop, the sort that doesn't throw away their old catalogs, and see if they can be of some help to you.  Summit or PAW also might be bale to help you as they have carried these brands for a long time.
