hi i have a 96 chevy blazer and its not starting.I know that its not the battery because the battery is new can you help me figure out why its not starting

    Well, you don't give me much to go on here, but...  If it's not cranking (turning over), then the starter, the cables, or the switch is bad.  If it is cranking fine but not lighting off, then you need to check for good spark at the plug.  If spark is good and you pull a plug and find that the insulator color is good (light tan), then it's the fuel injection.  They had a lot of trouble with the injection on these engines, you'll want to get a pro to look at it.
