Question
first thing in the morning engine runs like I have a batch of bad gas. after engine warms up engine runs good
Anytime you have a problem like this on a 4.3 it's almost always the fuel injection spider inside the intake manifold. Get someone to check it first, the parts are several hundred dollars. You can buy improved versions of the original, though, which won't go bad on you later.
