Question
My check engine light came on and when i go it checked they said it was reading my idle speed control motor was bad , Where is that? Also last week when my check engine light came up it was reading PO715 and P1529 what are those codes. I have a 2002 Hyundai Accent 1.6. Please help.
Those codes are for the transmission and the speed sensor. I wouldn't bet, based on this, that your idle speed motor was bad. I would, however, recommend getting a pro to look at the ECM and TCM with a proper professional scanner. Just reading the codes really doesn't tell you much.
