QUESTION: My 1989 Plymouth voyager 2.5 4 cly Turbo....is stalling after a short drive (wont accelerate without stall) and dies when idleing , Check engine code said it is my speed sensor... would this be the problem???

ANSWER: Hello Larry,

It is very likely that your speed sensor could cause this issue, however I would be more inclined to check your TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) to ensure it is working properly, because a faulty or bad TPS can cause this problem, and will often cause the Computer to think that the Speed sensor is bad.  I recommend checking both for proper function.

QUESTION: Ok I fount that i had a real bad spark plug , so i replaced them all..seems to have stopped the killing when i idle...and gives me a lil more acceleration but it still hesitates after a 10 min drive when i press gas..im bringing it to Midas in the morning for full inspection...will let you know how that goes.

QUESTION: ok I brought it to Goodyear they told me I have a blown head gasket...so yea
