Question
I HAVE A 96 HONDA ACCORD THE MOTOR TURNS OVER BUT WONT START UNTIL YOU CRANK IT AT LEAST 3,4 TIMES THE CRANKING POSITION SENSOR HAS BEEN REPLACED , FUEL PUMP HAS ALSO BEEN REPLACED.

Answer
For an engine that old to turn over 3 or 4 times before it starts is not unusual.  New plugs and wires would be the first thing I'd try; Hondas are sensitive to spark plug issues.  If the starter is cranking slowly, this can cause a problem, too.  And the fuel injectors need to be clean.  Red LIne™ makes a very good injector cleaner that should take care of that.
