Can you direct me to find some place on line need new part. Need whole assembly.

Answer
    It depends on what kind of car you have.  If it's an older car without an electric fuel pump, then you can get a lot of the float assemblies from the folks who sell gas tanks.  This will generally be a radiator wholesaler, don't ask me why.  If it's for an in-tank electric pump, you should be able to buy the pump as an assembly with float attached.
