I am looking for a steering column for a F-350 1985.  My question is are there other years that are interchangeable?

    All '80 and later Ford pickups use the same basic steering column.  Air-bag equipped columns would not work, though.  Best bet would be to go to a salvage yard and let them look in their Hollander guide.  It will tell them which column will work best, and what might need to be adapted.
