Auto Parts/How to install License plate bracket to front bumper of 1999 Boxter

Question
I purchased a Euro Style Driving Plate to install on the front bumper of my 1999 Boxter. I see there are two pre-made holes in the bumper but an unsure of best way/how to get nut behind the openings to screw in plate bracket. There were no instructions in the packet for the plate. Would appreciate any insight to installing this bracket in a big way.
Sincerely,
Mark Nutter

Answer
There should be nuts built into the structure behind the plastic bumper.  There are several states in the U.S. which require front license plates (I live in one of them), so some sort of mounting is needed for the front plate bracket.  You may end up having to consult the dealer; he will have these items in his parts book and should be able to order them even if he doesn't keep them in stock.
