Question
Where is the tps located on a 2008 hyundai 3 liter engine?

Answer
I've looked through my catalogs and cannot find a 3.0L engine listed for any 2008 Hyundai.  So I'll just deal in generalities.  This vehicle almost certainly has a drive-by-wire system.  A sensor located on the accelerator pedal assembly tells the computer what you want, and the computer moves the throttle by means of a small motor.  Cars so equipped, which is most cars now, use the sensor on the pedal as the throttle position sensor.  In a way, there is no TPS on these cars, because a TPS was used by the computer to determine the throttle position.  Now the computer no longer listens to the TPS, it TELLS the throttle what to do.
