hey mike i have a interview on thursday for a parts manager at an auto part store what are some key things i should know please help ayanna

    If it's chain store (Pep Boys, Parts Depot, etc.) you need the basics of delegating authority and duties, inventory control, and customer service.  If it's an actual parts jobber you need all of the above along with complete knowledge of automotive components and systems, because your customers (even the pros) are going to expect you to give them the right part regardless of whether or not they asked for it.  Also you will need an eye in the back of your head to keep your employees in line so that they won't screw off and steal stuff.
