Question
Hi,
 I own a 1990 ford ranger with a 4.0L 244Ci v6 it is EFI. I am about to buy a
carbureted 350Ci Sbc with a mild cam and turbo 400 trans. I have always
wanted to cross-breed my little "Danger Ranger". My question is: What sort
of problems may I run into as far as fitting a big ol' chevy motor into the
engine compartment of my lil ranger. I can handle everything else after the
motor is bolted in, but I was hoping you could bring me into the light on
problems that may arise with the transplant. Any advice would be great.
Looking forward to hearing back.
                                                                            Thank You,
                                                                                 BP

Answer
First off this is going to be a complete fabrication job. I would check with Hooker Headers and see if they offer a conversion kit. You will need to have welding, wiring and fabrication skills to do this job.
