Question
I didn't adjust the pedals i dont really know what to do without tearing up something. If i do not adjust the pedals will it be so bad? i mean right now just to learn the basics of heel-toeing i'm sure leaving the pedals the way they are it wont hurt. The gas i would say is about 2 inches farther than the brakes. If it is real neccissary then whats the easiest way of adjusting the pedals close as possible.

Answer
OK  all you need to do is fabricate a block of wood thick enough to make the two pedals even when the brake is fully depresed.   In this case you would attach it to the gas pedal .  It will feel wierd at first then you'll get to where you can't live without it.

And you will start to develop that small part of your race driving ability.

Good luck
Dan

Experience

I have been racing for 20 years, I have been the Central Florida SCCA Regional Championship points for 5 years running, and won the championship in my class 2 times. During my first start in the 60's I won many solo awards and the State Championship Drags. I serve as a senior instructor for SCCA, and have taught in Mercedes AMG events at Daytona, and Dodge Viper Days at Sebring International. I have been in the thick of the competition for all of my career. At one time or another I have driven race cars at speeds nearing 195 MPH. It's quite a ride !
