Question
Looking for videos of a trriumph gt6 at the 1972 le mans. Any ideas on where I can find these? Apologies if it is not your expertise. Thanks.

I am not a historian, and though my first race car was a Triumph TR-3, I have almost no knowledge of the history surrounding the marque. I did try a couple of Google searchs and got some hits on "Triumph GT6 at LeMans"   There didn't seem to be any mention of video though.

You might also try looking through some of the other Triumph related websites.

I have a historian for a neighbor but he's on the way to a hillclimb in North Carolina with his 1912 Ford Model "T" Speedster.  He drives me nuts with the history stuff, I'm just an old racer !

Also I attend race events with a guy who runs a GT-6 in Vintage events. I'm e-mailing your question to him and will send you a follow-up of anything I learn.

I have been racing for 20 years, I have been the Central Florida SCCA Regional Championship points for 5 years running, and won the championship in my class 2 times. During my first start in the 60's I won many solo awards and the State Championship Drags. I serve as a senior instructor for SCCA, and have taught in Mercedes AMG events at Daytona, and Dodge Viper Days at Sebring International. I have been in the thick of the competition for all of my career. At one time or another I have driven race cars at speeds nearing 195 MPH. It's quite a ride !
