Question
what should be the distance between the pre-stage and stage beams on a drag strip please?

similarly, what is the correct distance between the stage beam and the guard beam?

Sorry for the delay. I was away on vacation with my kids.
The distance varies from sanctioning body to sanctioning body. If you look in their rulebooks you will see the specs for rollout. Most local tracks do not accurately space the beams using a measuring wheel. I know the NHRA does.
