Question
Hi, as far as aerodynamics are concerned, how does one determine the best rim & tire offset and dimensions for drag/street racing besides it looking cool.

Answer
Basically rear wheel offset doesn't really affect aerodynamics. You need to check state and local laws concerning exposed tread beyond the fender lip. You can purchase a tool that mounts to your wheel hub that lets you measure maximum offset, wheel width and tire diameter.
