IM LOOKING ITO THING LIKE SUNDAY CUP JUST SMALL RACES USING MY OWN CAR NOT F1 I NOT LIKE THAT TYPE OF RACING

Answer
Try going to www.scca.org and have a look around. There is information about racing schools, classes that we run, rules requirements and so forth.  If you're using your personal car, well that's a major road block. All racing associations require roll cages, safety harnesses, a fire extinguisher of some sort, GOOD helmet, and a fireproof suit. By the time you buy just the personal gear, you will have spent about $1000.00 .  WARNING do NOT buy a helmet until you know the rules of the association you will be racing with. More than once I've seen people spend $350 to $500 at a motorcycle shop only to discover that while the helmet is a good one, it's not acceptable for auto racing , cuz there's no fireproof liner.  Helmets are usually not returnable .

Those are answers for the person stating out, when you find out more about what you want to do, feel free to write back !

Experience

I have been racing for 20 years, I have been the Central Florida SCCA Regional Championship points for 5 years running, and won the championship in my class 2 times. During my first start in the 60's I won many solo awards and the State Championship Drags. I serve as a senior instructor for SCCA, and have taught in Mercedes AMG events at Daytona, and Dodge Viper Days at Sebring International. I have been in the thick of the competition for all of my career. At one time or another I have driven race cars at speeds nearing 195 MPH. It's quite a ride !
