Question
I'm 17 and own a 95 camaro 3.8L. i need your opinion on a question i'm faced with: should i try to gain horsepower and torque or should i fine tune my suspension first. of course i'll eventually do both but at 17 money is limited so i need your p.o.v.
thanx

Answer
It is really worthless to build more hp or torque when the stock suspension can't handle it. I would install a set of tubular lower control arms in the rear and a adjustable torque arm. This will allow you the adjustment to tune for added power later. You didn't say what you were using the car for. On the street, build for torque. Thats what gets you moving. If you are looking for more MPH then build for HP. The limiting factors are your tires and your budget. Good Luck!
