Question
I have a 1995 Chev. Camero, I have had a problem the last month are so with the car not wanting to start, when I turn the key all eletronics and lights come and no engine turn over or anything.  From doing research on the internet I have found that it may be the VATS system, it seems to be a lot of problems with a wire breaking, for the first serveral times that this happened in would always work later, not its not, so do you think that the wire broke or what is your recomendation.

Answer
No I think it's a malfunctioning VATS system.
