Auto Theft Prevention/2001 Olds Silhouette won't start - good batter

Question
I saw a similar question/answer.  Same deal.  Went out to start the van and it is dead...nothing, except a bunch of clicks/ticks when I turn the key on and off.  The battery appears to be good.  I removed the fuse/relay box cover that sits above the battery and it sure seems like all of the clicking/ticking is coming from one of the little black relay boxes.  Is this the Theft Deterrent system doing this...can I reset it somehow?  Thanks.

Answer
Could be an after market alarm, but it can also
be the PASSLOCK III system in the ignition is
engaged. Hard to say from where I am sitting.

The clicking\ticking noise sounds as if it is an
after market starter kill device. There may be a
valet/over ride switch under the dash area for reseting
Look around and let me know on that.

If not, then it's the factory
immobilizer and you will need to contact
Olds for a reset, or repair, or bypass
with the PLJX. (www.passlock2.com)

Let me know what you find under the dash.
