Question
MY 2006 SILVERADO GOT STOLEN OUT OF MY DRIVE WAY. I GOT IT BACK 7
DAYS LATER. MY QUESTION IS. IS THERE A MASTER KEY FOR GM TRUCKS? A
KEY WAS USED TO STEAL MY TRUCK. THE ONLY THING THAT I DID DO
RECENTLY WAS I HAD THE DEALER MAKE ME A EXTRA KEY ABOUT 6 WEEKS
AGO.

Answer
No, this truck has passlock 2. You would need a key to start and run that's programed for the specific truck.

May want to investigate the dealership.
I know of no other way then towing it out, or another coded key that would have allowed that to happen.

Good hunting.
