Question
I've got a 1999 Escalade that cranks but wont start.  I don't hear the fuel pump run at key on or while cranking.  No fuel pressure in the rail.  Tested the fuel pump relay...relay is good but no key switch power to relay with key on or while cranking.  At the fuel pump relay I've got power on #30 all the other terminals show ground.  Is this a "Passlock" problem?  I am currently doing the relearn procedure,  if that doesn't do it help would be appreciated.

Answer
Not implying that you are a dumb ass at all.
It's a very common problem
here, and the diagram to accomplish is offered for free.

Just wanted to offer the relay application to fix your issue, or the module that can do it faster.

www.passlock2.com has the relay applications
displayed, absolutely free to address your issue.

Sorry I offered the assistance now.

Good luck with it any way.

A.
