Question
I have tried to read through and fidn the proper wire. The Van is going off all the time. Headlights flashing, car horn honking and a worded SECURITY" light in the dash flashing. I want to disable this once and for all.
What wire is the disbale one?
Not that easy in this truck.
The door locks and security are 1 mechanism.
To disable the factory alarm, you would need
to make the door locks remotely operated.
Sorry, not all vehicles disarm the easy way.
You can try having it reset at Dodge, but
the only way I know of short of that is to add
a remote keyless to the mix to arm/disarm
when you lock/unlock.
