MY 2OOO DODGE NEON WONT START. COULD IT BE THE FACTORY ALARM. I BROUGHT A NEW STARTER AND BATTERY IS NEW. IT STARTS WHEN IT WANTS TO. I LOST THE ALARM LIKE 2YRS AGO AND NEVER GOT A NEW ONE. ALL FUSES ARE FINE. WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM
Finally caught up to you. You have a transponder in the
ignition that is starting to fail. This will cause the fuel injection
system to stop at times during the failing process until finally freezes you out.
Get this looked at immediately, and also consider buying the
remote to control it as it will keep you out of trouble and
allow you to control the system.
Have it inspected ASAP.
