Auto Theft Prevention/2004 Durango - Stalls after startup

Question
Hello,

I have a 2004 Durango w/hemi and every so often (fairly often) after start up it revs up as normal and then stalls. A flashing red light on the dash is the only sign of a problem. I believe this is the security light. After locking and unlocking with the key a few times it eventually starts up and stays running. It has been doing this for two years and two different dealerships have been no help. Any help/ideas would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Answer
On this one, the best thing here is
to go to my installers forum at
www.installsupport.com and see if
my resident technicians there can assist
with this project.

I unfortunately don't know the
system you are working with to advise
you properly on it's functions,
features or trouble shooting
information. Better to check with a tech
that might.

Good luck there.
