Expert: INSTALLSUPPORT - 3/9/2008

I bought this truck used from a private party. I'm having a problem with the KARR aftermarket alarm. Since day one the alarm appears that it is not working correctly. When I turn the key to the start position the alarm chirps twice real fast. The truck will start without an issue. But there is no blinking light at the dis-arm button. When I turn the ignition switch to the run position and hold the valet switch for 3 seconds the light will come on and stay lit as it should. But the horn still chirps twice when the ignition is switched to the run position.
