Question
Hi, in one of your previous answers in dealing with this annoying system you
mentioned that "The FACTORY ALARM DISARM WIRE IS
dk. green/purple |-|driver's kick panel." I was just searching for this and is
this the wire that is under the steering column near to the hood release and
parking brake?

Answer
This is the Ford headlight flashing, horn honking disarm wire.
It is located in the wire harness going out to the
drivers door. But it's not what you want if
the engine is immobilized.

It is seperate from PATS. PATS is the immobilizer
in a Ford, and will require the FORTIN KEY OVERIDE SL2
bypass to get the car to start.
