I have a 97 Grand Am that sometimes does not want to start. I read a response of yours to a like question about putting the key in the on position for about 10 min. I tried it and I think it is working. The problem is random so it's hard to no for sure. 2 quick questions. First, When you say on position do you mean the first position when you turn your key or the second when the radio comes on. Second, When I called a dealership they told me I could ruin it so it wont start if I do that. Are they just trying to get me to bring it to them. I really appreciate your taking the time to answer my questions. Thank you

It's in they're best interest to repair the system and charge
you for the labor and the "new" pieces. It's BS. Get the PLJX bypass module at www.PASSLOCK2.com and then remove the PASSLOCK from the equation for good. No troubles, problem solved.
