Question
I have a 2001 ranger it went through a flood the theft light blinks steady it will not turn over the head lights will not come on the doors will lock and unlock but the windows will not role down no radio the wipers will work would you start with the pats or the GEM module
The PATS.
Contact Ford to get a restting appointment.
Not alot you can do here without the computer
resetting the proper PATS code.
At least that's what I can take from your explaination.
The GEM module won't do what you have happening here.
It's an electronics distribution hub.
The PATS would shut down the fuel injectors, like
in your case.
See Ford ASAP.
