Auto Theft Prevention/Acura car alarm

Question
I am in a most frustrating and terrible dilemma.  I own a 97'Acura Integra.  My alarm is going off and I can't stop it.  I was locked out of my car with my spare keys inside.  I got a locksmith to come out and in the past if the system has gone off I can just use the remote to turn it off, but my spare keys had a faulty remote and I ordered another one but I can't seem to program it to my car or get the alarm to go off.  This is definitely a factory system.  Thanks for your consideration.

Answer
The trouble here is that the only way to
disable the factory alarm in the
97 integra is to have the factory remote.

I do not have a solution for simply bypassing
this one. Wish I had better news to give you,
but that's truely the only way to do it.

Get one and have it programmed ASAP
to use the vehicle.
