Question
I recently bought a truck which has an remote starter and alarm system . The radio didn,t work at the time of purchase. I was gonna put a stereo in it any way . Since I have had time to really look at the truck carefully , I see that under the dash where this alarm was installed , there are wires cut all over the place . I want to know if I can just remove this alarm system and then reconnect all the cut off wires ? I is a real mess under there , I know it was just a backyarder who must have installed it . I want it out ....  thxs for any info

Answer
That's hard to say. Pretty involved
to go into here so please, if you
would, restate this question in my installers
forum at www.installsupport.com and see if
my resident technicians there can assist
with this project.

They can go into a more detailed assistance
you might need on this project.

Good luck there.
