Question
My Daughter bought a 1985 Cadillac with an old Chapman key alarm.  She activated the alarm which has a magnetic lock on the hood, so you can't open it & a starter kill so it won't start.  The problem is, she can't turn the alarm off & the owner said he hasn't seen the key in a couple of years.  She found a key that fits in, but it won't turn to disable.  Any help?
