Auto Theft Prevention/Viper 5701 installation

Question
Recently installed viper 5701 in 04 Explorer EB edition. Everything works with the exception of the drivers side keypad. When the alarm is armed and the keypad is used using correct code, the doors unlock and the alarm sounds. Is there a way I can use the keypad with the alarm installed?
No as the 2 systems would not be working together at that point,
and unfortunately you can not be set up the OEM keyless entry
and that after market system to work together using to door keypad.
You can only use the remotes if using this after market piece.
