Auto Theft Prevention/Car Starter

Question
This is really weird. About a week ago, my car started would not start my car in my own driveway. And it still won't. It will start anywhere else(work mall wherever.) just not by my house. I also found out my neighbor across the street her car starter also will not work.  Is there anything i can do?

Thanks

Answer
Ms. Sally,
I have heard this before, and it turned out
to be a stronger signal blanketing the selected area.

Our search located a home security system sending out
a very strong signal, keeping the use of standard
car remotes dampened.

You may have a local cell tower or, radio system close by
that is doing this. However, nothing legally can be done.
But if you institute a search, turn on and off the
offending source when found to test it, you might be
able to understand better, and negotiate with the owner,
as in a house alarm, to only set it after hours.

Good hunting.
