Ok, this vehicle's ORIGINAL VATS system is engaged
and will need to be circumvented/bypassed to get around
the GM fuel rail shut off circuit issue you are experiencing.

The first option is get the wiring
chart and relay application for
the car and passlock solution to get it
to start. But it's temporary at best.
Eventually it will fail and
you will need to do it again unless
you put in a self learning, veriable bypass kit
(PLJX for the Camaro.) to keep it from engaging
