Question
i sold my 95 cadillac deville to someone recently and it had a viper alarm.
they just called and said the engine isnt starting at all. they also said the
lights arent blinking or anything to show that the alarm is going off, so im
not sure whats causing this. I just put a new battery before i sold it so it cant
be a dead battery.  Any ideas? How can he just get rid of the alarm
altogether?

PS - they did mention dropping the remote in the rain. This didnt seem like
the problem though since the actual alarm in the car isnt sounding at all
though.
