Question
My question is how come chevy doesn't have this problem/item on the recall list due to all the complains and problems its giving lots of people including myself. The dealerships can only do so much! I mean I brought my malibu to Gerry Lane cheverlot and I spent 1300 with them getting this problem fixed inwhich they didn't fix the problem. Then I took it to All Star Cheverlot and they charged me 600 the first time and 400 the second. Now, my car is have this theft system problem again and the want another 500 from me.

Answer
Money. And the lack of the amount of money it would
take to do repairs on the entire fleet of GM cars and trucks.
That's the main reason that I can think of.
But all is not lost.

See www.GMPASSLOCK.com for your options
to get rid of it.

Have a good night.
