Question
how do i dis-able the security on this truck without a keyless entry switch? I bought the truck used ,and didn't know it had security until i pressed the alert swich and now every time i open the door the sirene goes off. Ifigured out how to press the hidden switch and turn the ignition switch on and off to turn it off ,but this is very annoying and i would like to bypass it.

OK but, not a factory system.
The "tell" here is because "factory alarms"
do not have valet override switches.
Also another "tell" here that it's after market,
is the siren. See the flashing LED? Well, code alarms
use makes them to double as the override button.
There may be another you are reffering to, but
try to override it and reset.

KEY IN AND IN THE ON POSITION JUST BEFOR CRANKING,
PRESS AND HOLD IN VALET SWITCH/BUTTON UNTIL YOU
GET A CHIRP FROM THE SIREN, AND MAYBE A FLASH OF THE LIGHTS.
KEY OFF.

This procedure would let you toggle into and out of
override on most alarms, Code alarm included.
