Question
I have to open my car with the remote then use the key if I leave it to long I need to lock/unlock with the remote again.
If I fit a JPLX can I then use just the key to open the car and start the car?.

Thanks

Answer
It's PLJX, and does not have anything to do with locking or unlocking
the vehicle. It is for the immobilizer fuel injection cut off
circuit to make the car start.

But the module would get rid of that issue, yes.

Your troubles seen to stem from a badly wired after market alarm/keyless
system. I would take it to a technician for review and corrections.
