QUESTION: Bob,

Yes, it is me again. I have spoken with Don on several occassions, and he has been very patient and helpful, even giving me his phone number and offer to help, but he lives down near Venice/Sarasota, which is to far for me.
My mechanic is blowing me off, saying he will come by, but never does.
I am afraid to take it to a shop here in town, because I don't think they are knowledgeable about the product and it would probably cost me an arm and leg ; )
Do you have a shop in Lakeland? It is only about an hour from me. If so, could you give me hours/days of operation. If not, is there a tech I could set an appointment up with, to come over and see?

ANSWER: I don't have a shop for you to go to in lakeland.
I have a capable tech in Davenport you can try, but honestly
your best bet is Don in Venice.

QUESTION: Hey Bob,

I assume you don't do the work, just sell them?
I would love for Don to look at it, he has been so helpful, but that is probably a 4 hour drive for me, may have to the way things are going.
Does Derick install these bypass switches? I think Davenport is down below Kissimmee, will have to look that up. That would only be about an hour for me.
It's hard to believe you don't have a tech in Lakeland, considering that is where you sell them from ; )
When I run to the store, I lock the car and leave it running, so I know I can make it back home ; )

For best results Mona, Don's your man.
I can't speak to Derik's schedual, but he's a capable
guy. Wish I could do it but medically unable now.

So your best bet is to plan a field trip to see Don
and get it done quickly and correctly.
