Question
I have a 98 firebird when I bought it the locks did not work so I replaced the bcm now I want keyless entry but have not done a 5 wire yet I've done other keyless before but I don't want to risk ruining my new bcm I know the basics and relay wiring but I'm no expert but I would like expert help please thanks

Answer

96-2000 Firebird Door
Actually, these are not 5 wire reverse locks (see attached file)
This will need 2 relays and 2 1/4 watt diodes to do but essentailly
the power on the unlock shots down 30 seconds after locking
and you need to wake it up this way.

For more on relays, I've set up www.RELAYHELP.com
to cover them all.

Good luck.
