bought car,put engine together,have original key,get no fuel even when i try to start from under hood directly with ignition wires. some of the wires under driver's kick ppanel have been cut,if use bypass module do i have to get aftermarket alarm?
The bypass module (pljx) would do the Vats yes, but
no idea what wires are "cut" there. 2 separate issues.
www.GMVATS.com for the module (79.95 with relay)
but on the "cut wires", without inspection,
I can't say what's needed under there.
Get the Haines manual or, a Chiltons book on the car
and repair them.
