Question
Just purchased 1999 Ford f150 with a "enforcer" ignition immobilizer installed under dash. I have one key for this unit and I can't get another. I would like to have my truck start without having to rely on having this immobilizer key. How do I disable this system so my truck will start with just the ignition key?
Thanks for your time.

Answer
Troublesome. This truck also has the PATS system
installed so you need to take it out, get the
IM04 bypass kit and install it.

The trouble here is that you will need to get a second
transponder ignition key made and programed to the
truck first(FORD)to program the module so that PATS
does not work anylonger.

It is the only way for the PATS part of this.
The enforcer can be extracted and the wiring under
the dash repaired, but that leaves the PATS.

Cart before the horse here. You need 2 keys to program
the PATS bypass kit IM04 to then get rid or your problem
totally.

Wierd yes. Yell at Ford. I did'nt design it!
